1. Who we are
GreenSlope is operated by ESSORIX LTD, trading as GreenSlope. Company details are published in our Company Information.
2. The service
GreenSlope ingests OpenTelemetry traces, correlates them with release context, provides AI-assisted triage, routes incident activity through Slack, and drafts incident follow-up material for human review.
GreenSlope suggests likely causes and next steps. You remain responsible for approving operational actions such as rollback, customer communication, or remediation.
3. Accounts and trials
Trials are time-limited and do not automatically charge you at the end unless you choose a paid plan. You are responsible for keeping account credentials and ingest keys secure.
4. Customer data
You retain ownership of telemetry, configuration, and account data you send to GreenSlope. You grant us the rights needed to operate the service, provide support, secure the platform, and comply with law.
Do not send protected health information, payment-card data, secrets, or unnecessary personal data to GreenSlope. See the Privacy Policy and Security and data handling docs.
We process minimized authenticated usage events to improve and secure the service under our legitimate interests. Signing in is not consent to optional cookies. You can object to In-App Usage Analytics under Account → Privacy without losing access to GreenSlope.
5. Acceptable use
You must not:
- use GreenSlope unlawfully or to process unlawful content;
- attempt to bypass security, rate limits, or tenant isolation;
- share credentials or ingest keys outside your organisation;
- send data you are not authorised to process; or
- interfere with the operation of the service.
6. Availability and incidents
GreenSlope does not currently offer a public status page or contractual uptime SLA on self-serve plans. Service incidents are communicated by email or support while a real public incident history is built.
If you need contractual service levels, contact legal [at] greenslope [dot] io before relying on GreenSlope for that use case.
7. Support
Support is provided by email. Contact support [at] greenslope [dot] io for product and account issues.
8. Payment, cancellation, and refunds
Payments are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record. Paddle handles taxes, invoices, Payment Methods, refunds, and card processing. We do not store full card numbers.
You can schedule cancellation through the secure billing portal. Your subscription remains available until the end of the current billing period and will not renew. Ordinary cancellation does not produce a prorated refund. An approved full refund ends paid access immediately.
We retain account data for a 30-day restoration period after paid access ends, then delete it under our retention process. Eligibility and request instructions are in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
9. Intellectual property
We retain ownership of GreenSlope software, design, models, documentation, and brand assets. You retain ownership of your data and code.
10. Liability
GreenSlope is provided with reasonable care, but no software service is error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Changes
We may update these terms as the service matures. Material changes will be communicated before they take effect where they affect existing customers.
