We don’t run a chat widget, a community Slack, or a phone line. We have a small set of shared mailboxes that the team reads and responds to — with published first-response targets. It’s the honest shape of our current support: we’d rather reply thoughtfully than quickly.
Working days are Monday–Friday, excluding England & Wales public holidays.

Direct email to individual staff inboxes isn't a support channel and gets a canned redirect. The channels below all go to a shared inbox the team watches.
